  Very distinctive. We receive many complements. Only complaint is that back, where screw goes, is plastic with brass "nut". On one knob, this separated and I had to order a replacement. Customer service on that was very good.

  Love these pulls as they are minimalist with nice, chrome finish. Only problem is I have caught my jeans on the edge a couple of times and ripped a hole in them. So, I wish the protruding corners were, somehow, finished a little more smoothly or rounded or something. But I like the look a lot and haven't found anything I like better to swap out.

  Ordered easily off the site and received it within 12 days!Due to Coronavirus, I didn't get the tracking info (understandable), but a quick call got me the info on arrival - that day!My 18" center to center pull is beautiful, matching my others in my kitchen. Using it as a towel bar at the end of an island.Will definitely shop with this store again!

  Product is wonderful but customer service is not good. 19 knobs were left out of my order and I have been given the run around for almost 3 weeks and they still have not SHIPPED me my replacement. I had picture proof it was a packaging error and I still have not received product or even gotten a tracking number. My cabinet installers have also been waiting for 3 weeks to complete their job and now it looks like we will be going on week 4 before I see any knobs. So frustrating!

  I wanted to love this pull (Craftsman 4 in Aged Bronze cabinet pull), as there is nothing even close to this design and I was looking for something to match the craftsman design of our bifold doors. The "hammered" tops of the pyramids look more like pock marks than hand-hammered metal. It's manufactured in a clamshell casting process, leaving clear evidence of a centerline all around the pull. Excess metal is also left in various spots, and is especially bad underneath the pyramids (which one sees when the hardware is mounted, but is not clear in the online photos). To make matters even worse, the finish was slopped all over, obscuring whatever hammered detail was on top of the pyramids. All of these issues make the pull feel cheap (which it is), even though the design is excellent. Just atrocious Chinese junk which I am returning. What a disappointment. This is my first purchase of an Atlas Hardware product, and I wouldn't recommend any of their products in light of the horrid quality control on all four of the pulls I ordered.
